DecAdd128 is a novel Decimal Floating point Adder. It computes the Sum/Difference of two operands. DecAdd128 is fully compliant with IEEE 754r Standard. DecAdd128 inputs are encoded in the Decimal Interchange Format Encoding. DecAdd128 is provided in two versions: HSDecAdd128 and LCDecAdd128.
