DecAdd64 is a novel Decimal Floating point Adder. It computes the Sum/Difference of two operands. DecAdd64 is fully compliant with IEEE 754-2008 Standard. DecAdd64 inputs are encoded in the Decimal Interchange Format Encoding. DecAdd64 is provided in two versions: HSDecAdd64 and LCDecAdd64.
